There is no burr in circular saw cutting, but compared with automatic cutting machine, it costs a lot of manpower, so the price is relatively high, so it is suitable for cutting some long stainless steel pipes. The cutting effect of automatic cutting machine is comparable to that of laser cutting, and the cost is relatively cost-effective. It basically does not need manpower, but the size is too long and the machine transmission delays time, so it is suitable for cutting with short size. The best way to cut without burr is laser cutting, but the cost of laser cutting is very high, generally not used. Therefore, the specific cutting method should be selected according to the overall requirements of the stainless steel pipe, such as the outer diameter, thickness, cutting length and quantity as well as cutting effect.

Precautions for cutting:

1. The stainless steel pipe shall be placed horizontally and the diameter direction shall be parallel to the cutter, that is to say, the cutter shall be vertical to the longitudinal direction of the pipe to ensure that the diameter of the stainless steel pipe is horizontal.

2. Allowance shall be reserved, especially for mechanical cutting. If the cutting edge has a certain width, the length of the pipe can be sufficient only if enough allowance is reserved, and the stainless steel pipe orifice can be adjusted.

During mechanical cutting, manual lubrication shall be carried out continuously to remove the metal debris on the cutting edge, so as not to affect the cutting effect.
